Steve cooked an engagement dinner for me and my fiancée, and we felt like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant! For the appetizer, he made a roasted vegetable medley with harissa and pesto (pictured here), and then smoked chicken breast for the entree. He was attentive to detail, listened to our dietary restrictions, and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Steve, whether it’s for an intimate dinner or a large get together!

We booked Mile High Cook last-minute after our original plans fell through, and it turned out to be the best decision we made all weekend. Chef Steve was so easy to work with and very flexible. He created a custom menu that worked for everyone in our group (including two picky eaters and one gluten-free), and every single plate was a hit.

Steve made us delicious food for our engagement party- including pretzel bites, and charcuterie boards. We had 40 guests and had more than enough food. He even squeezed us in, and showed up early, before he had to attend another event. Very very thankful for Steve’s services and kindness!
